    Sounds very interesting. OpenRules also has a questionnaire builder (called OpenRules Dialog) that is highly popular among our customers for years. It allows subject matter experts to describe their dynamic web questionnaire in terms of pages, sections, questions, and answers. Layouts of pages, sections, questions, and complex logical relationships between them can be expressed in a very natural way using simple and intuitive Excel tables. See http://openrules.com/ord.htm
